This trial tests a combination therapy using DMSO (a chemical that penetrates tissues) mixed with several medications to treat persistent ringing in the ears (tinnitus) that developed or worsened after COVID-19 infection or vaccination. If you have bothersome tinnitus linked to long COVID or vaccine injury and haven't responded to previous treatments, this study may help.

Who can take part
- Age 18–70 years old
- Ringing in ears for at least 6 months that bothers you significantly
- Tinnitus started or got much worse right after COVID infection or COVID vaccine
- You've already tried at least 2 other tinnitus treatments without enough improvement
- No active ear infection, perforated eardrum, or ear drainage
- Able to do video visits, fill out online forms, and attend one in-person ear exam
