GDC-1261 Safety and Activity in Advanced Prostate Cancer

Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of your body (metastatic disease)
- Your cancer has progressed despite your most recent cancer treatment
- You are taking hormone-blocking therapy (androgen deprivation therapy) or have had both testicles surgically removed
- You are generally healthy enough for treatment, with good organ function and life expectancy of at least 3 months
- You have not received other cancer-fighting drugs in the past 14 days
- You do not have untreated cancer in your brain or spinal cord, uncontrolled pain, or an active infection requiring antibiotics
