Study of GSK5458514 alone or with other drugs for prostate cancer

Who can take part

  • You must be a man aged 18 or older.
  • You must have prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body and is no longer responding to hormone therapy.
  • You must have tried at least one type of hormone therapy and up to two types of chemotherapy that no longer work.
  • You must be willing to use effective contraception and not donate sperm during the study and for 195 days after the last dose.
  • You must have tumor tissue available (from a recent or past biopsy) for testing.
  • You must not have certain other cancers, serious infections, or autoimmune diseases.
