Who can take part
- You must have finished the entire main treatment phase and any off-treatment period of the parent OWAA study
- You cannot have a history of significant back pain, back disease, spinal surgery, or spine deformity that could complicate a spinal tap
- You cannot be allergic to local anesthetics like lidocaine (numbing medicine used during spinal tap)
- You must not have a current infection where the spinal tap needle would go
- Your blood platelet count must be at least 100,000 per cubic millimeter, and you cannot have bleeding disorders or take blood-thinning medications (except low-dose aspirin is allowed)
