Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 45 years old
- You have OCD diagnosed according to standard criteria with symptoms starting or worsening within 12 months after giving birth
- Your OCD symptoms are moderate to severe (score of 16 or higher on the Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale)
- You are either taking stable OCD medication for at least 8 weeks OR not currently on OCD medications
- You speak, read, and write English well enough to complete the study
- You are not currently pregnant and agree to use birth control during the study
