Who can take part
- You are an Omani citizen aged 18 or older.
- You have type 2 diabetes and have been taking diabetes medication for at least 3 months.
- Your most recent HbA1c (a blood sugar test) is 7.5% or higher.
- You have access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet, and can join video or phone calls.
- You can understand Arabic or English well enough to give consent and fill out a questionnaire.
- You are willing to be randomly assigned to a group and be followed for 6 months.
