Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of type 2 diabetes.
  • You must be a patient at Hospital Clínica Nova’s Metabolic Clinic.
  • You cannot be pregnant.
  • You cannot have an autoimmune, immune system, or cancer condition.
  • You cannot be receiving palliative care or have a condition that seriously affects your ability to make decisions.
