  • You are between 18 and 45 years old
  • Your BMI (body mass index) is between 18.5 and 24.9—roughly a healthy weight range
  • You have no history of diabetes or prediabetes
  • You have never had stomach, intestinal, or digestive system problems
  • You are not pregnant, nursing, or planning to become pregnant during the study
  • You are not taking GLP-1 medications and are not currently on a weight-loss or restrictive diet
  • You can tolerate dairy and gluten without allergic reactions or intolerance
