Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have insulin resistance (HOMA-IR score of 2.5 or higher)
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 25 and 40
- Your waist is larger than 80 cm (women) or 94 cm (men)
- You do not have diabetes and have no dietary restrictions like vegetarian or low-carb diets
- You are willing to eat only three main meals a day with at most one snack, and have no food allergies
