  • You are a biological female who has not had a menstrual period for at least 12 months
  • You are between 50 and 70 years old
  • Your BMI (body weight relative to height) is between 25 and 39.9
  • You currently exercise less than 2.5 hours per week at moderate intensity
  • You can walk on a treadmill without pain or physical limitations
  • You speak Norwegian well enough to complete study questionnaires
