  • You have alcohol use disorder (drinking that caused you significant problems) diagnosed by a doctor
  • You've been sober for 1 week to 3 months—not currently drinking
  • You read English fluently
  • You own a smartphone (iPhone or Android) with an active cell phone plan
  • You don't have serious mental health or medical conditions that would make using a smartphone unsafe for you
