- You have been diagnosed with an alcohol use disorder and had at least 4 heavy drinking days in the past month (5 or more drinks for men, 4 or more for women).

- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You own an Android or iPhone smartphone and are willing to be randomly assigned.
