Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with alcohol-related liver disease (any stage), or your medical records show both liver disease and alcohol misuse.
  • You have had an alcoholic drink in the last 6 months.
  • You are receiving care at UW Health, Henry Ford Health, or Michigan State University (either the general liver clinic or the specialized alcohol-liver disease clinic).
  • You can read and write well in English.
  • You are willing and able to use a smartphone app.
