Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS)—a curvature of the spine that typically develops during teenage years
  • You are currently wearing a prescribed spinal brace (such as a Boston or Milwaukee brace) as part of your treatment
  • You are between 10 and 18 years old
  • Your home has stable internet access (Wi-Fi or local network) for using the study's interactive computer program
  • You can read and understand English well enough to complete surveys about your experience
  • Your parent or guardian is willing to sign a consent form and you are willing to participate
