Who can take part

  • You are between 10 and 17 years old (teenager).
  • You have been diagnosed with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.
  • Your spinal curve measured between 10 and 25 degrees.
  • You have never had surgery or other treatments like bracing for scoliosis.
  • You do not have other serious spinal or nerve conditions.
  • You have no severe back pain that would make measurements hard.
