  • Age 18–65 years old
  • Second- or third-degree burns covering 5–30% of your body surface area
  • Hospitalized within the first 72 hours of the burn injury
  • Stable vital signs and general health condition suitable for treatment
  • Able to read, understand, and speak Turkish
  • No severe burns on your face or neck that would prevent device placement on your ear
