Who can take part
- Age 22 to 85 years old
- Significant nasal obstruction (NOSE Score of 55 or higher, measured on a validated questionnaire)
- Confirmed diagnosis of nasal valve collapse as the main cause of your breathing difficulty
- Positive response to a simple office test (Modified Cottle Maneuver) that checks nasal valve function
- No recent nasal surgery within the past 3 months
- Willing to attend follow-up appointments and follow study requirements
