Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You are currently hospitalized at University of Utah Medical Center for any medical reason
- Your medical record shows a documented diagnosis of a substance use disorder (such as alcohol, opioid, stimulant, or other drug use)
- You are not currently incarcerated
- Your substance use disorder involves more than tobacco use alone
