  • You were admitted to a hospital with a blood sodium level of 110 mmol/L or lower
  • Your medical records are available for review by the research team
  • You do not have blood sugar (glucose) higher than 15 mmol/L at the time of measurement
  • Your sodium blood test results are accurate and not affected by other factors like high blood sugar
