Pilates and prone plank exercises for postpartum abdominal separation
Part of Pain clinical trials.
This study tests whether Pilates and specific core exercises can help close the gap between abdominal muscles (called diastasis recti) that commonly happens after pregnancy. Diastasis recti can cause weakness and discomfort, and this trial evaluates whether these exercises improve that condition.
