Who can take part
- You are between 24 and 40 years old
- You have given birth vaginally (not by cesarean) at least twice
- You weigh between 110 and 154 pounds
- You are between 4'6" and 6 feet tall
- You have no history of pelvic floor problems or recent abdominal surgery
- You do not have untreated high blood pressure, heart disease, hernia, or are currently pregnant
