Who can take part

  • You have a cavity at the base of a tooth (cervical carious lesion), not involving the root or extending deep into the tooth
  • You are between 21 and 45 years old
  • Your tooth is healthy inside (vital) with no severe decay close to the nerve
  • You don't have severe medical conditions, allergies to dental materials, or are not pregnant
  • You don't grind or clench your teeth heavily, and you don't have jaw joint problems
  • You are able to attend follow-up visits and maintain good compliance with the study
