Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • Your burn injury was on your upper arm or hand, happened 3 to 12 months ago, and you are now medically stable
  • Your blood oxygen level is above 92% without major breathing support
  • You can understand instructions and communicate clearly without hearing, thinking, or speech problems
  • You do not have ongoing lung, heart, nerve, or muscle diseases before the burn
  • You are not pregnant and do not have a serious mental health condition
