Who can take part

  • Diagnosed with clear-cell renal cell carcinoma (a specific type of kidney cancer) that has spread to other parts of your body
  • Had 1–2 rounds of prior cancer treatment, including at least one immunotherapy drug and cabozantinib
  • Measurable cancer on imaging using standard scan criteria
  • Blood counts and liver/kidney function within acceptable ranges (assessed within 2 weeks of starting)
  • No untreated brain tumors or active serious infections; heart and lung function stable
  • Able to swallow pills and willing to use birth control if of childbearing age
