Who can take part
- Diagnosed with clear-cell renal cell carcinoma (a specific type of kidney cancer) that has spread to other parts of your body
- Had 1–2 rounds of prior cancer treatment, including at least one immunotherapy drug and cabozantinib
- Measurable cancer on imaging using standard scan criteria
- Blood counts and liver/kidney function within acceptable ranges (assessed within 2 weeks of starting)
- No untreated brain tumors or active serious infections; heart and lung function stable
- Able to swallow pills and willing to use birth control if of childbearing age
