  • You can stand on your own or with minimal help (like holding onto something light)
  • Your doctor says it's safe for you to do moderate exercise
  • You can understand and follow simple spoken or written instructions
  • You do not have severe difficulty speaking or understanding language
  • You are able to participate in a group without significant behavioral concerns
