Exercise and Music for Stroke Recovery Balance and Walking

Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 60 years old
  • You had a first-time stroke (ischemic type) causing weakness on one side of your body and walking difficulty
  • Your balance score is below 23 on a standard test (indicating significant balance problems)
  • You do not have moderate-to-severe memory or thinking problems
  • You have no other neurological conditions, significant hearing or vision loss, or chronic pain affecting walking
  • You are willing to attend training sessions at least 3 times and commit to the program
