- You have mild cognitive impairment (early memory loss) diagnosed by a doctor, not caused by stroke or other diseases

- You are not severely depressed (Hamilton Depression score ≤ 10)
- You do not have active infections, serious heart/lung/digestive problems, or recent cancer
