Who can take part
- You are between 50 and 85 years old
- You have mild memory problems (called mild cognitive impairment or very early Alzheimer's) and a brain scan showed amyloid plaques
- You have a caregiver who can come to study visits and answer questions about you
- You are not taking any Alzheimer's medications, or you are on a stable dose and willing to continue it
- You must agree to avoid certain medicines, including some antidepressants, and you are not pregnant
