This study tests a new drug called KDS2010 for people with early Alzheimer's or mild memory loss. It aims to see if the drug can slow thinking and memory decline. You will need a caregiver to help with visits and must have a special brain scan showing amyloid plaques.

Who can take part

  • You are between 50 and 85 years old
  • You have mild memory problems (called mild cognitive impairment or very early Alzheimer's) and a brain scan showed amyloid plaques
  • You have a caregiver who can come to study visits and answer questions about you
  • You are not taking any Alzheimer's medications, or you are on a stable dose and willing to continue it
  • You must agree to avoid certain medicines, including some antidepressants, and you are not pregnant
