Who can take part
- You must be at least 55 years old
- You have memory or thinking problems (from mild to early dementia) that are not severe
- You must have a caregiver or family member who spends at least 1 hour a day or 1 day a week with you
- You must have had evidence of Alzheimer's from a blood test or a brain scan
- You cannot have had certain other medical conditions (like recent stroke, unstable heart disease, or insulin-dependent diabetes)
- You cannot have had cancer in the last 5 years (some skin cancers and early prostate cancer are okay)
