  • Be between 18 and 55 years old
  • Have healthy kidney function (eGFR greater than 60)
  • Have a BMI between 19.0 and 30.0 (healthy weight range)
  • No allergy or sensitivity to polymyxin B, colistin, or rifabutin-type antibiotics
  • No history of serious allergic reactions, drug allergies, or antibiotic-related diarrhea in the past year
  • Healthy heart rhythm and blood pressure (checked at screening)
