- Age 18 or older
- Confirmed gastric cancer with liver metastases (cancer spread) that you haven't been treated for yet
- Your cancer spot in the liver is 6 cm or smaller
- The cancer spot is less than 10 cm deep (measurable by ultrasound)
- You're planning to start standard first-line chemotherapy or systemic treatment
- You can lie still for ultrasound imaging and are not pregnant or breastfeeding
