Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with locally advanced or metastatic biliary tract cancer (cancer in the bile ducts that has spread or cannot be surgically removed)
- Your cancer has already been treated with platinum-based chemotherapy and PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy, and it either did not respond or has returned
- You have good overall health and can perform daily activities with minimal assistance (ECOG performance status 0 or 1)
- Your heart function is normal (left ventricular ejection fraction at least 50%)
- You have recovered from side effects of previous cancer treatments (recovered to Grade 1 or less)
- You are between 18 and 75 years old and can commit to follow-up care and contraception requirements
