Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with biliary tract cancer (a cancer of the bile ducts) that has spread to other parts of your body or is locally advanced
- Your cancer stopped responding to platinum-based chemotherapy
- Your cancer has a specific genetic mutation or HER2 expression (your doctor will test for this)
- You are between 18 and 75 years old and expected to live at least 3 months
- You are in good enough health to receive chemotherapy (ECOG score of 0 or 1)
- Your heart function is normal with a left ventricular ejection fraction of 50% or higher
