Who can take part
- You are 65 years old or older
- You can walk at least 10 meters (about 30 feet) on your own without a cane, walker, or other assistance
- You do not have neurological conditions like stroke, Parkinson's disease, or multiple sclerosis
- You do not have dementia or Alzheimer's disease and have a clear mind for testing
- You have not had major surgery on your legs or spine in the last 6 months
- You do not have severe balance problems, severe arthritis, or recent fractures in your lower legs or feet
