Modafinil for Fatigue in Controlled Inflammatory Bowel Disease
Treatments studied
Part of Digestive system clinical trials.
This trial tests whether modafinil (a wakefulness-promoting medication) can reduce severe fatigue in people with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) whose disease is well-controlled. If you have persistent exhaustion despite your IBD being stable, this study may help determine if this medication works for you.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.
