Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old
- You had a stroke or were diagnosed with Parkinson's disease at least 2 months ago
- You have some weakness or difficulty moving your arm or hand
- You are in stable health without recent major medical changes
- You do not have severe cognitive impairment (significant memory or thinking problems)
- You do not have severe muscle stiffness or tightness that limits movement
