Who can take part
- You have high blood pressure (hypertension) and are 60 years or older
- You meet at least one of: age 70+, BMI of 30 or higher, or a heart disease risk score of 3 or more
- You have never been diagnosed with atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, or atrial tachycardia (irregular heart rhythms)
- You are not currently taking blood thinners (anticoagulation therapy)
- You have no skin allergies to adhesive patches and no open wounds or skin inflammation on your chest
- You can wear a patch monitor on your chest and either apply it yourself or with a caregiver's help
