Who can take part
- At least 18 years old
- Had a heart attack or stent procedure at least 3 months ago and recovered without new heart problems or serious bleeding
- Completed the standard 2-medication blood-thinner course (usually 6–12 months) without complications
- Able to understand the study and follow instructions in your preferred language
- Not allergic to clopidogrel, ticagrelor, or prasugrel (common P2Y12 blood thinners)
- Not pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking another blood thinner for a separate condition (like atrial fibrillation)
