Who can take part

  • You are 18–65 years old
  • You have one of four specific autoimmune conditions: lupus (SLE), IgG4-related disease, progressive multiple sclerosis, or myasthenia gravis
  • Your condition has not improved adequately with current treatments or has come back despite treatment
  • You have adequate organ function (healthy kidneys, liver, heart) based on blood tests
  • You do not have active infections like hepatitis or tuberculosis
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study and for 1 year after treatment
