Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with cancer (lung, colon, pancreas, esophagus, or breast) and are receiving or have completed cancer treatment
- You have lost more than 5% of your body weight in the last 6 months due to cancer, or lost more than 2% if you were already underweight
- You have a specific blood marker level (GDF-15) of at least 1200 pg/mL
- Your organ function (kidneys, liver, heart, blood counts) meets study requirements
- You have no severe infections, active brain cancer spread, or serious heart disease
- You are expected to live at least 4 more months
