- You have shoulder arthritis (wear-and-tear damage in the shoulder joint)
- Your rotator cuff muscles are intact and functioning normally
- The angle of your shoulder bone (glenoid retroversion) is less than 25 degrees
- You have no history of shoulder infections
- You are able to commit to follow-up visits for 2 years after surgery
