Who can take part

  • You are a female athlete aged 13–18 years old
  • You have low energy availability (not eating enough for your activity level), with or without disordered eating patterns
  • You have menstrual dysfunction, meaning irregular or missing periods
  • You have low bone mineral density or a history of stress fractures
  • You do not have a recent fracture or unhealed stress fracture in the last 6 months
  • You are willing to participate in whole-body vibration sessions and relaxation training for the study duration
