  • You are a male patient age 18 or older
  • You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer (adenocarcinoma) confirmed by biopsy
  • Your doctor and medical team have decided you are a candidate for 177Lu-PSMA radioligand therapy
  • A PET/CT scan has confirmed PSMA expression (a protein marker) in your tumor
  • You are enrolled in or eligible for social security/health insurance coverage
  • You are able to understand the study requirements and comply with study procedures
