Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You have a partial tear in your supraspinatus tendon (a shoulder muscle), confirmed by ultrasound or MRI
- You have had shoulder pain for at least 3 months
- Your shoulder pain is at least moderate (3 or higher on a 0–10 pain scale)
- You can commit to doing the exercise program as instructed
- You have not had shoulder surgery before, and do not have a full-thickness rotator cuff tear
