  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You have obesity (BMI 30 or higher) or are overweight with a health condition like diabetes or high blood pressure (BMI 27 or higher)
  • You currently receive care at the Obesity Clinic at Hospital Clínico San Carlos
  • You own a smartphone (iPhone or Android) and use it regularly
  • You can read and speak Spanish
  • You do not have an eating disorder like anorexia, bulimia, or compulsive eating disorder
