- You are between 18 and 45 years old
- You sit at a desk or workstation for at least 6 hours per day for your job
- You do not currently exercise regularly or follow physical activity guidelines
- You have no history of blood clots, leg circulation problems, or heart disease
- You are not a current smoker and are not pregnant
- You have not had leg surgery or injury in the past 6 months
