  • You have a confirmed MS diagnosis
  • You can walk, sit, and stand (with or without help like a cane or walker)
  • You're between 18 and 50 years old
  • You've been on the same MS medication for at least 3 months with no major changes
  • You speak English or Arabic fluently and can use a smartphone app
  • Your doctor says it's safe for you to exercise
