Who can take part

  • You have obesity or are overweight (body weight above a certain threshold)
  • You do not have type 1 or type 2 diabetes
  • You do not have a history of pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas)
  • Your resting heart rate is between 60 and 100 beats per minute
  • You do not have bradycardia or irregular heartbeats related to slow heart rate
  • Any regular medications you take must have been at the same dose for at least 3 months before screening
