Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or higher, or a BMI of 27 or higher with a weight-related health condition (like high blood pressure, sleep apnea, heart disease, or knee osteoarthritis).
- If you have type 2 diabetes, it must be controlled (between 6% and 9% on a standard test), and you can't be on insulin.
- You have been on a stable dose of an incretin-based medication (such as a GLP-1 drug) for at least 3 months.
- Your weight hasn't changed by more than 3% in the last 3 months.
- You've tried to lose weight before but didn't succeed long-term.
