  • You are between 19 and 64 years old
  • You are in good overall health with no serious medical conditions
  • Your weight is between 110 and 214 pounds, and your BMI is between 18 and 30
  • You do not have genetic conditions affecting sugar digestion (galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption)
  • You test negative for hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV, and syphilis
  • Your ancestry is primarily European, North American, or Middle Eastern, with less than 10 years lifetime residence outside those regions
